Hailing all the way from Turkey, NOM NOM is hosting its dining series by bringing two acclaimed chefs from Raffles Istanbul for an exclusive kitchen takeover in Billy Ho in Canggu and Honey & Smoke Ubud. This exciting collaboration stems from Chef Will Meyrick’s memorable kitchen takeover at Raffles Istanbul in 2023. Now, Raffles Istanbul is returning the favor, bringing their culinary magic to Bali. Representing the hotel’s renowned gastronomic excellence, Chef Numan Demirkale of Isokyo and Chef Yusuf Türk of Rocca Grill & Terrace will showcase their exceptional talents, promising an unforgettable dining experience.

Chef Numan Demirkale is not just a chef but a culinary artist who paints his plates with the rich, exotic flavors of the Far East combined with the warmth of Turkish tradition. His journey began in the world-renowned kitchens of Nobu, St. Regis, and Shangri-La, where he honed his craft to perfection. At Isokyo, Raffles Istanbul, he has crafted a menu that is a symphony of flavors, blending the mysterious spices of Asia with contemporary Turkish flair.

Chef Yusuf Türk‘s passion for culinary arts was ignited at the prestigious Mengen Culinary School in Bolu. From there, his career has been a relentless pursuit of excellence, spanning international luxury hotels and acclaimed restaurant chains.
