Billy Ho is Canggu’s Modern Japanese kitchen and cocktail bar. A place built for nights out, where Japanese precision meets Bali’s raw energy. At the south end of Batu Bolong, Billy Ho is the spot for pre-drinks, late eats, and the kind of vibe that carries you into the night. Created by chef Will Meyrick, it’s Japanese flavours reimagined, a bar with attitude, and a dining room that doesn’t play safe.
HONEY & SMOKE
At Honey & Smoke, we cook everything, from flatbread, vegetables and meat, over open flame. That smoky char-grill flavor, fresh herbs, and bold spices partly come from traditions in Persia and the Eastern Mediterranean.
Centuries ago, Ottoman chefs spread these fire-and-smoke methods across Persia, Europe, and beyond. While ingredients evolved regionally and over time, the core method of cooking over open flame remains unchanged in our modern kitchen.

Hujan Locale is an ode to the unique ingredients and flavours of the archipelago, which takes its cues from his extensive travels across the nation.
An edible journey through traditional street food recipes, and on to modern flavours and interpretations. Family-style share plates and authentic flavours populate the menu, ideal for feasting alongside loved ones

Upstairs, the Lounge remains one of Seminyak’s best hideaways—an original speakeasy before the word got overused. Vinyl-spinning DJs take it from soulful early sets into after-hours territory.
