BUZO WARM UP AT MAMA SAN

Buzo, is the newest creation from the culinary maverick himself. By progressively working together with the farmers and home industries to highlight the best of local artisan produce, Buzo seeks to redefine the concept of regenerative farming. Through Nom Nom event, Buzo’s team will take over the second floor of Mama San and give an intimate preview of an Italian-inspired Izakaya den, combining Japanese-inspired local ingredients fashioned with modern techniques.

As a special treat, guests will be among the first to sample Buzo’s specially crafted beer, available exclusively at the venue. Chef Meyrick himself will be on hand to ensure the kegs are flowing, creating an atmosphere of excitement and anticipation. The night promises to be festive and vibrant with the live jazz performance by “Dazed and Wicked” band featuring the enchanting Amelia Ong.
