Restaurants Rewards: Terms & Conditions

Eligibility & Usage

The VIP membership card is exclusive to the individual handling the card. It is strictly non-transferable and must be presented during each transaction.

Cardholders must present their membership card before payment to enjoy benefits.

The card can only be used by the cardholder. Any fraudulent use, including sharing the card, may result in its cancellation.

Discounts & Promotions

Cardholders are entitled to a 10% discount on food and beverages each time they dine at one of the listed restaurants (“Will Meyrick Restaurants”): Billy Ho, Buzo, Honey & Smoke and Hujan Locale. The cardholder is not entitled to a discount at Mama San.

The discount applies to regular-priced items only and cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, special offers, vouchers, or discounts.

Only one VIP card can be used per transaction under one bill, and it cannot be combined with other members’ cards for the same bill.

Event Privileges

VIP members are entitled to priority reservation at Will Meyrick Restaurants events, subject to availability. Please provide advance notice when booking.

Validity & Expiry

The membership card is valid for one year from the date of issue unless stated otherwise.

Any unused benefits, including discounts, cannot be transferred or extended beyond the card’s expiry date.

Lost or Stolen Cards:
In the event of a lost or stolen VIP card, please contact us immediately. Will Meyrick Restaurants reserve the right to replace the card at their discretion.

Payment Terms

The cardholder must settle the final bill directly with these restaurants. Third-party payment or splitting the bill to utilise multiple cards is not permitted.

Discounts do not apply to service charges and taxes.

Cancellation & Termination

Will Meyrick Restaurants reserve the right to terminate a membership without notice if there is any breach of the terms and conditions or misuse of the card.

Memberships can also be cancelled at the cardholder’s request by contacting our representative by email.

Modifications

Will Meyrick Restaurants reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the membership program, including the discount structure and benefits, without prior notice.

Any updates will be communicated via email or published on our official website
